The Project

The previous version of North Star Newborns was on WordPress on a very old theme. The layout and design looked and functioned more like a blog. It needed a facelift, better user experience and work on all devices.

The Strategy

We started out with a content strategy that would help tell the story of what North Star Newborns does to give the site a personal touch. Handing your child over to a caregiver is a BIG deal and we wanted the site visitor to feel like they were in goods hands. We used soft colors and found just the right images of babies to give the site a warm and fuzzy feeling. We also needed the site to generate more leads. The site was launched in the middle of a pandemic and it needed perform at it’s best. By improving the site design and UX it was able to generate enough leads to keep the business going strong.

The Result
