What is your refund/cancellation policy?
With Wooly Mammoth there are no contracts, and we never lock people in. All our plans are month-to-month or annual, and can be cancelled at any time. When you cancel your WordPress maintenance plan with us we'll immediately stop your next payment and transfer your hosting plan to you.

Can I keep my current website hosting provider?
The short answer is yes. Although we do recommend and sing the praises of managed WordPress hosting for its many advantages, we don't require you to switch hosts in order to qualify for a WordPress website maintenance plan. Instead of qualifying for one of the plans above, we'd set you up with a custom plan. Evaluating your current host will be a part of that process.
