    If it's a good fit, we follow up with a written proposal covering scope, price and timeline.

    Once you're ready, we schedule the Define step and get started.

How quickly will you get back to me?

Within one to two business days. We’ll reply with a few questions about your project or a couple of times to talk.

How much does a custom website cost?

Most projects range from $5k to $30k, depending on the number of pages, features and integrations. If it’s a good fit, we’ll follow up after our first call with a written proposal covering scope, price and timeline.

Is the first call free?

Yes. It’s a no-obligation conversation about your goals, so we can both see whether we’re a good fit.

Do you build online stores?

Not anymore. We focus on custom WordPress websites for service businesses. If you need a large online store, we’re happy to point you toward a specialist.

Do you work with clients outside Minnesota?

Yes. Most of our projects run remotely over video calls, email and shared drafts, so it works just as well wherever you’re located.

I just need help with my existing site. Can you help?

Yes, including WordPress sites we didn’t build. One-off fixes are billed hourly with a half-hour minimum, and ongoing help is easiest on one of our care plans.
